The energy transition will be one of the defining challenges of the twenty-first century. The world must meet increasing energy demand reliably and affordably while also decreasing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Meeting this lofty goal requires new technologies and business models, advanced by the next generation of entrepreneurs. From Friday, October 10, 2025 9:30AM to Sunday, October 12, 2025 2:00PM, Greentown Houston will host a short course for Texas students as well as interested staff and faculty. The course will be delivered collaboratively by faculty from multiple Texas universities alongside faculty from the pioneering Climate & Energy Ventures Course at MIT, which has educated entrepreneurs who have gone on to launch over 50 ventures over the past decade.
