Global Technology Manager, ConocoPhillips
Renee Omsberg Rosener is the Manager of Global Technology for ConocoPhillips. She oversees technology development, piloting, and adoption of hard tech and digital technologies for operations worldwide, as well as monitoring the greater technology ecosystem.
Renee has more than 20 years of energy experience at ConocoPhillips in various roles, including as a production engineer, multi-disciplined engineering supervisor, strategic planning supervisor, Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management, Director of Investor Relations, Director of Market Analysis, and Manager of Strategic Planning for Sustainable Development.
She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, joining the newly merged ConocoPhillips after interning with Phillips Petroleum. She completed the Women’s Global Leadership Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in 2024. Her roles have evolved from technical engineering to strategic, supporting multi-billion-dollar decisions.
She has two sons, aged 16 and 12 and helped found the ConocoPhillips Parents’ Network in 2013.
