Milda Saenz is Chief of Staff at Energy Exploration Technologies, Inc. (EnergyX), an Austin-based direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology and production company building a domestic supply chain for battery-grade lithium. She joined EnergyX in 2021 as its tenth employee and has helped scale the company through multiple funding rounds and into commercial development across Texas, Utah, and Chile. Her portfolio spans government relations and federal programs, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, intellectual property, and organizational buildout as the company prepares for its next stage of growth.
Before EnergyX, she spent five years at Dell, and managed IP portfolios at UT Austin, as well as and the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at University College Dublin. She holds an MBA from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business, an LLM in IT and IP Law from University College Dublin, and an integrated five-year Master of Laws from Vilnius University.
