Director of Project Controls at T1 Energy
Gan graduated from UT in 2023 with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. Since then he has worked as a Technical Program Manager at Tesla's Gigafactory in Austin and a Project Controls Engineer on Samsung's 2nm semiconductor fab in Taylor. Today he is the Director of Project Controls at T1 Energy, an engineering-adjacent role where he manages cost and schedule and drives execution for the G2 solar cell facility buildout in Rockdale.
