David Baldwin is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of OpenMinds, a coalition of 125+ leaders, scientists, and entrepreneurs focused on tackling the “Dual Energy + Climate Challenge.” David is also a partner at SCF Partners, where he leads energy transition initiatives. With degrees in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, David played a pivotal role in the development of horizontal drilling techniques that fueled the U.S. shale revolution during his time at Union Pacific Resources.
