Top energy officials from North America collaborate on latest advances in carbon capture solutions

Dr. Susan Hovorka, a Senior Research Scientist at the Bureau of Economic Geology’s Gulf Coast Carbon Center, hosted energy officials from across North America at UT Austin recently to discuss collaborative research efforts to advance carbon capture and storage (CCS), a technology that holds promise for combatting climate change and producing cleaner energy.
