Thousands of girls from around the state attended UT Austin’s Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, held by the Cockrell School of Engineering’s Women in Engineering Program. During the festival, students participated in hands-on engineering activities and demonstrations sponsored by over 150 organizations, and interacted with more than 1,300 students, faculty and engineers.
