LBJ School of Public Affairs Prof. Joshua Busby, a leading expert on environmental politics, recently published two reports on climate change. The first report, published by the Atlantic Council with co-author Nigel Purvis, analyzes climate leadership across the globe. Their research concludes that despite the United States scaling back its leadership, there remains hope for international climate cooperation. Busby also published a report  on the intersection of climate exposure and societal fragility that identified key climate patterns and country-specific risks to better understand if these factors create instability and undermine human security.
