Urban sustainability company Sol Design Lab says it hopes to soon release data from UT’s two solar charging stations on campus to improve energy research. Data will include the amount of energy produced and used at the stations as well as usage frequency since March 2017. The lab is managed by CEO Beth Ferguson through a grant from UT’s Longhorn Innovation Fund for Technology, awarded to SolaViz for its energy visualization project in 2015. Read more.
