This paid, full-time, five-month fellowship from January 11, 2027 to June 1, 2027 places STEM students at the Texas Capitol in Austin. Fellows will research and analyze energy legislation alongside weekly seminars with scientists, industry leaders, and agency staff. The program is open to undergraduates with two or more years completed, graduate students, and recent graduates within two years of January 9, 2027, with a 2.5 GPA minimum.
